" Danno " King of West Cork

He was born in a place called Dereenlomane
Destined for great fame
On a journey to his fall
In between He would become a hero and a KIng
To Sportsmen this whole wide world over.
He was born into a family, who farm'd the land
At work in the fields as a child.
As strong as any man,
And when he joined the Irish Army
Soldiers asked who's this man
And Danno became man among men.

So they took him to Boston in 1934
Where he wrestled them all, the likes the never saw before
One by one they fell before him
He would soon realise,
He could be champion of the world
